Mtn customer service a sham!!

Mtn customer service is the worst, i do not know why it even exists they never do anything they say they will do. I have to reconnect my contract services every month only because they failed to record my payment for September 2020, i sent proof of payment to Nomusa bengu, of three months but every month my services are disconnected and when i call customer service, the promise is that it will be sorted, on the 1st of January my services were disconnected again i called spoke to Karabo Mmotsa who gave me samr story cant see September payment said she can see i spoke to Nomusa Bengu and three others since October bit my services will not be reconnected until she sees payment trying to **** me much... It has cost me my business as i have to wait for hours and this month its been days to be reconnected for services i pay for on time every month. Its **** is there anyway i can cancel this kind of contract its such an inconvenience honestly i think the company is trying to **** me and get money out of me they are hoping that one day i say i will pay double which will never happen. Such **** stars its bull i hate this network and would never recommend it to my worst enemy how they are still in business beats me!!!!
