MTN Customer Service

Called their customer service to resolve an incorrect charge. The consultant that I spoke to could not comprehend simple math. 30 minutes alter trying to get her to understand that what she is saying is incorrect and, in-fact, doesn't make any sense, she hangs up on me and refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager. Appalled at this attitude and lack of knowledge!
