MTN Customer Service

The customer service at MTN is shocking. I have a wifi contract and MTN required me to call them from that number... how sic can you be. Also trying to call from my cell phone but you can only talk to machine who cannot speak. I use Twitter as MTN advertising that they will be in contact with you in 60mins but 3 hours later nothing. An email takes 8 working days to get a reply. Gosh please wake up because this is 2022
