MTN customer service

I am completely disgusted with MTN

I have ordered a phone online

With that order there was suppose to be a free watch, which they did not receive

I called in for an hour asking for assistance and all the consultants did was transfer me to departments and non of them assisted me i am completely shocked at how bad the service is with MTN. the reason for the phone was the watch and i did not receive it
