MTN Customer service

I purchased a device online and now am trying to call them since 4 days ago and it's either they will pick up the phone and not talk but you can hear them talking at the back, or their line will always cut off. This service is very poor, especially for a telecommunication company that deals with million of people from different sectors. I will find another site where I can again post my comment about this poor service. Am sitting now with a sim card that is giving me problems because their staff is busy chatting in the background.
