MTN customer service

I have been a client of MTN for over 15 years , I went in to the MTN hillside , bluff , Durban. To apply for a cellphone contract, before I was even greeted I was told I may not qualify for a contact my ITC score needs to be very high and I need an open retail account to qualify all this said to me without even checking my details , If she did check I she would have known that I have an excellent score home and vehicle finance. On top of being judged she had so much attitude when speaking. I’m sorry I hate complaining but it was the worst experience ever. I really wanted to stick with the network provider I know but I’m now forced to move due to terrible customer service. Do better MTN
