MTN customer service

<p>Wrong number upgraded. You cant speak to anyone - no one is able to assist .they just give you another number to call where you listen to ghastly music.Hold on for ages.Call is not answered shortly..never would be more accurate. You submit and email to *** tell you to quote reference number but they dont give you one. Utterly hopeless.</p> <p> </p>
