MTN customer service
Lady at MTN could not help me and had a very bad attitude her name is MARY asked her about my airtime but could not assist and actualy dropped phome on me.

Stores cannot assist with prepaid information, 173 service centre need to be contacted. We do apologized for the service received from the store.
