MTN customer fail

I am very disappointed with MTN. I was informed two months ago that an account was *****ulently opened under my name with MTN. After a bill of R48000 had been racked up, I received an email from the debt collectors. MTN never contacted me once to ask why I was in arrears. I had to contact MTN to open a case of *****. Eventually, my name was cleared but do you think MTN had the decency to let the debt collectors know. Oh no, to this day I am still receiving threatening letters from the debt collectors and when you phone MTN they simply cut you off with no explanation. MTN is disgusting and an absolute disgrace.
