MTN customer experience nightmare!

<p>I lost my contact phone which was insured with MTN 13 weeks ago and no claim has been processed even after promising to escalate the matter (as confirmed by Thulisile Themba from MTN/ customer services) who has never come back to me btw. </p> <p> </p> <p>Having taken their best contract at the time which was an iPhone 6s I would have thought some degree of empathy would be exercised over and above the fact that the cellphone number has been blocked and there are no phone calls, minutes or data being used by me over the past 13 weeks. Unbelievable really. </p> <p> </p> <p>MTN is happily deducting premiums and yet they don't have the decency to call and inform me that there is at least something being done about the insurance claim. Having been with MTN as far as I can remember (my first phone) I am utterly disappointed with their service. My experience with MTN is really a nightmarish one and about to take this matter to the small claims court. </p>
