MTN Customer Care Useless

MTN Customer Care number 135 is useless. Just give you bunch of useless menu options and never an option: Speak to an operator or at least get them to call you.

I have a simple issue. I am not getting SMS from them. I am getting from other people but not them. Just need to speak to somebody to confirm settings or just check the system. Be on hold jumping through all the menu options on 135...completely useless. Also email them no response
