Mtn customer care service nightmare experience 😭😭😭

I have been calling their 135 nr to get a settlement quote for my contracts with them, i have been sent from pillar to post no one seems to understand what it is that I need. I have been on thw line doe up to an hour and more than hour every time I call. Eventually one of the agents suggested that I ask for the supervisor. The gentleman whom I have spoken to was so rude whilst he interrogated me as to why I dare want to speak to his supervisor, i know when the calls was made so if they care to pull the records, they should find the proof. One lady was kind enough to assist her name is Sharleen Sewpersadh and I commend her for the only positive experience that I have had, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the payment was not made and I emailed retentions again but to no avail. Emailed customer care again, they did not even acknowledge my email just forward it straight to6retentions and I am still waiting. Worst customer experience ever yet I have been in good standing with them for over 10 years 😭😢😢😢
