MTN customer care not so good

I am out of the country and need help with activating an esim for my contract sim. I lost the physical sim and can’t do a sim swap because of the reason above. Im being told i need to visit a branch. I pass their security verification over the phone but they still can’t help me. I need this number form important OTPs.
