MTN Customer Care Nightmare

They appoint people that are unexperienced, dont listen, too quick to respond without understanding the problem. Taking a contract with MTN is a nightmare so I urge people to rethink before taking new or renew their contract. Im so hurt and disappointed that my anytime data was reduced by 50% without my agreement and no one wants to correct it.... yooooooo
