MTN Customer care Nighmare

Ive had the worse two days contacting the contracts department with this company. The service "champions" name should really be given to automated system because WOW. Can MTN just find a better solution for people who want to cancel their contract as cancelling a contract is also a result of incompetency of staff and contractors
