MTN Customer Care is atrocious!

<p>I contacted ********** for assistance with updating my details, as the website did not have an address details section for me to make the changes myself. The customer care agent could not hear anything that I was saying as there was so much background noise on their side that she had to keep asking me to repeat my details and when I did, she got them wrong. I am highly annoyed. MTN please sort out your customer care quality. I have still not been able to update my address details for my contract bill.</p>
