MTN customer care is ***********!

MTN customer service is a complete disaster. I had a cellphone contract with them for the past two years and it was settled last month. Thereafter I requested a paid up letter from them however they are failing to do a simple task. Instead they requesting documents that don't make sense. I have lodged a complaint at against via ICASA.
