MTN customer care FAILURE

Been in a store in August to sort out a problem that still hasn't been resolved. I am now sitting with another 2 problems and nobody in customer care can assists. MTN thinks nothing if debiting your account and the people that have responded to me have not been helpful and when given a break down they can't tell me how it makes sense. Where are you supposed to go for help if they can't help you? You can't cancel because then they charge. They've *****ed up so any times it's PATHETIC.
