MTN customer care does not exist

MTN gives customers the run around and has time wasting automated messages just to mess the customers around. When you finally get through to a consultant the line is poor and you can almost not hear the consultant. Was told to call CCI on ***. When calling the number an automated message tells you to call MTN customer care.
