MTN customer care does not care

I tried to contact MTN customer care on more than occasion to resolve the migration issues I have after Autopage handed my contract to MTN. Most unfriendly website, no real information, if you send a email you get an automated response with no human interaction, how can this solve my problem. I visited two branches and still no solution to my inquiries as to what is happening to my account. On one of the email replies I got I asked to speak to a human on the phone and was told this is not possible, well the "email" person could not and was not willing to help. I have send another email to the complaints department but have yet to have any response from MTN, NOT so great service.

Good day Thabelo My MTN contract was transferred from Autopage to MTN and ever since we experience problems with data connectivity as well as making calls, for some or other reason the SMS still works fine. Like I explained above I visited MTN outlets but could not get any coherent answer from the staff. I know they have logged the issue with MTN but I had no feedback till today. Can you please have a look at my contract and make sure it is activated like it should be. The debit order went through this month and I would like to have the services I pay for. Regards Coenraad
