MTN Customer Care

MTN call center is utterly poor. Today I called them four times and they keep dropping my calls. When I finally got a MTN representative I ask her to call me back and she confirmed she will, my surprise I did not receive any call back.

I have a dispute against by installment where MTN keeps deducting a amount which is wrong and they cant find the problem, I even send them proof of payment.

Can someone from MTN management pls call me to resolve this ?
