MTN Customer care contract termination impossible

MTN is deducting my account now for almost 4 years. I phoned them to convert my contract to pay as you go when the contract period ends. I was told that I just missed the cutoff and that it would end at the end of November 2015. This didn't happen and I only saw that after a few months. I went to a MTN shop and asked them about this and they just said they can't find anything about me having a contract. Then I logged a querie with them, and the person at th shop say they will get back to me soon. Right, this obviously never happened. I tried to get to them every now and then when time allowed, but nowhere could they find my details on their system and kept telling me they have nothing linked to my ID number. Then I contacted their custome care and first person to reply was Tori Van der Haar, she said that she would forward it to the people at their prepaid department. I then rep**** to her mail asking to explain her thinking behind refering me to pay as you go, because I didn't wan't the government or municipal ranaround. She just never came back to me and just forwarded it to someone else. The next person Ayanda Seyama and she asked me for my ID and all sorts of personal information via email. When I rep**** to her and mentioning that I'm not happy to give my details like that via email, I suggested she phone and that's where it ended the 24th March.

I have been paying for a contract now for almost 48 months, I have to cancel every debit and nobody is getting back to me regarding this. Probably just easier to ignore and debit the account every month? Easy money? I need this resolved ASAP and the ********** just stopped replying. My ref number is # ********** 0 and I will not pay anymore. I will not be mailing you my ID Bank Details and all those things, because it's risky to say the least. So, phone me and sort this out now. The reason I stopped using your service is because you have no idea of customer service, now I'm still struggling to get away from you. Ridiculous to say the least.

Thank you for your post

Best regards,
Why must a person alway go to these measures to get you to notice? After numerous attempts at trying to resolve this, now you want to come to the party and sound like you care because it's public?
I don't wan't anything to do with MTN and that includes the credit on a PAYG sim. You deducted the money when you were asked to migrate the contract to pay as you go. You are welcome to repay the money into the account you have been deducting it from all this time. Credit from a company I dislike so much is not resolving an issue.
I want nothing to do with MTN and don't want to spend any money with you at all, ever again.
I also received an email stating that I have to call you customer care to resolve this issue. I will not be phoning your customer care and at my expense and listen to all your marketing and promotions while waiting for the first available operator. I've spent enough trying to resolve this, both time and money.

Still no feedback from MTN customer care? It's been a few days and nothing.
Why no response, feedback or anything from your side?

Looking at my bank account today, I see MTN has deducted money from my account again. This time for more that three months amount at once. This after I was assured by Siphumezo above that the migration would take between 2-24 hours and that I would be credited.
MTN just keeps ons doing what they do and don't care about sorting this issue out, they just keep getting free money that way.
