MTN customer care and upgrades are useless.

I have been trying to cancel my contract with MTN since September 2022. These people cannot correct this and they keep wanting to take out money from my account.

Monday rewards Co are the biggest ******* under the sun. They phoned me to offer upgrade which I took, they then sent me the incorrect phone and I sent it back and have been trying since to cancel contract and have followed all the necessary processes from my side,

Phone MTN so many times to resolve. I even have the rms number, but they are **********ly still charging me as I do not even have a device on my possession.

Threatening to take legal action, but they are the ones falsely debating my account for a canceled contract.

Sort it out MTN!!!!!!

My advice to anyone is to rather consider other service providers. This is a nightmare.
