MTN Customer care?

Lost my phone due to a house break-in. I've been trying to get ahold of MTN for a week to no avail, I've called the call centre, went to their page. I also sent them an email. I want them to assist me with getting my IMEI number so that the police can try to track the phone and also disable my Sim and activate a new one.
