for the paste two weeks i have trying to cancel my other internet month to month contract, i was told to take the Mtn router to mtn store of which i did , i was ask again to call *** for proof of delivery before the cancellation can be done..

I have been calling Mtn on *** for days just to send my proof of delivery , they refuse they will say they sent to my email nothing, pushing me back and front. different stories everyday fom MTN.

But when taking this contract its was so easy for them to tell you over the phone that you can cancel anything just take the router to any MTN store and you will have it cancel that what i was told and now its a problem and am been debited for nothing every month end. am tired
