MTN Customer Care

One can't make important calls during these trying times as MTN suspended my outgoing calls cause of a contract payment. My query hasn't been attended to even though I sent the proof of payment as requested.

I can't get hold of customer care when I used my partner's phone and customer care hasn't bothered to reply to my email of the proof of payment.

This is really poor service.
