MTN Customer Care 135 is PATHETIC

What an absolutely terrible experience I've received from MTN Customer Care.

I was told to call 135 for assistance when experiencing some trouble loading the prepaid Bozza gigs purchased at a store. The Customer Care agent's means of assistance was basically sending me back to a store. An inconvenient solution to my query, which goes without saying.

I called with the hope that the 135 Customer Care line would give me a resolution. Being sent from pillar to post was not the service I expected. I was also politely told to hold on when I insisted on being assisted, then the agent deliberately dropped the call.
