MTN customer Car Agents Are Very Rude.
I just had a call to the centre(MTN Call Centre). And the service I got there was horrifying!!! The agent literally shouted at me when I told her what was my problem and what these other agents had told me to inform her in order for her to assist. But she was rude not listening to what I was saying and bragging to me that she works from home.
The problem is that she was listening to respond.

I Need MTN to find out who the lady was and and I need a formal apology from her and MTN also for cutting my services without even notifying me. Cutting my services for no reason..
