Mtn customer and billing service

I suspended my account/contract last year September. But I'm still being debited. I called them several times but the issue is not being resolved. On the 29th January 2024 and the lady i was talking to said I'm being billed for October, though i settled everything in September. Till today im still being debited, and the issue is not being resolved.
