Mtn Customer abuse

I signed for a phone contract on black Friday. I received SMS confirmation of my contract. I was told to wait 2 weeks for stock of the Samsung watch that comes with the phone. It's been more than 2 months and I have received nothing. Nor will they help me. The manager fazla nzama from the pavilion mall mtn in durban refused to help. They wont even give me the phone in the meantime. They want me to cancel my contract and take a new one...which is more than R100 extra. This is mtn...they fail to honor commitments and charge you extra when the fault is with them. We must suffer for their faults.
