MTN curraption

I have been struggleing simce november to get my things change, someone at MTN changed my contract with out any consent or autherisation from me. No notification or call even a sms telling me that i am being merged to a new contract. Im unable to cancel contract because they lock me for the next 24 monthes for something i did not give permission to. Even the local MTN shop says the do not know what to do and tried multiple times to get in touch with them. Send about 20 emails with almost no responds, called so many times i cant even count anymore. Filed a form of curruption and even gotten a police report which i have send and still nothing. Being blacklisted and was denied a loan due to MTN

I want this fixed!!!! Also going to contact my lawers and sue.
