MTN ******!!!

On 24 November 2021 I've asked MTN department cancellation to cancel my contract on my *** number instead they didn't cancel at all this on the 18th of February 2022 I went to the nearest MTN store at three rivers to check about of this contract, I was made aware by one of the consultant that I owe MTN R392 arrears which I was shocked of because I've been preaching to MTN contract department to do a cancel. yesterday when I check my credit report I see that MTN is on arrears today I had to make a call to contract department to ask about this arrears how come I was told I owe R730 because I didn't pay cancellation fee now MTN is demanding to pay for money I do not know about I've been struggle with this company since last year now I'm in arrears because of their incompetence's I hate this company they've been doing this for so long this people are ****** with their third party insurances
