MTN *****ed me and still did not deliver

It is so sad that MTN would ***** me airtime, they promote a big boza bundle, after the transacting funds and providing data, only then it is mentioned that only new Sim cards can access thing service.

They wasted my time till bundle expired, they tweeter technician are also useless as I am running after them. It is sad that after so many years of using they product, they still do stupid things like failing to rectify a service I was charged for, but restricted from using.

MTN you are ******, you have no honor and lack business ethics, you under skill your employees, and you see your clients as cash ***s.

I cannot just give R100 for a data and still load over 300 in airtime monthly for you to fail to give me what I deserve.

Do the right thing, and stop acting so cheap. You not new in the market. Rectify this issue I have made you aware of.
