MTN *****ed contracts

Please be careful when taking out contracts via the MTN business call center. I went through the unfortunate circumstance of MTN not supplying me with the contract that I discussed with the consultant. I was told that I would only pay R420 at the end of the month but I was charged 800 instead. When I complained to MTN complaints department they only got back to me after a month and my bill was increased further as they removed a discount that they had given me. I only got my bill after the cool down period and could not cancel due to high penalties. I reported to the CGSO with no response after 2 months.
