MTN cripples Grahamstown clients for 6 weeks

MTN is crippling its 100's of customers in Grahamstown due to a lack of reliable efficient service for the past 6 weeks +. This mostly applies to 3G clients but has affected some ADSL clients as well.

The service is broken, barely exists most of the time with tiny windows where it actually works. Telephone calls cut off unexpectedly and one cannot redial. Message comes up - \no service available""; written complaints not even acknowledged. Complaints on there Facebook page are ignored. There is no explanation;feedback or attempt to resolve this. You are losing clients MTN!!
"""
