On the 11th of February 2020 I called MTN customer line to cancel my contract with them as we have reached our 24 months as agreed when I took the contract two years back.This is the *** for my call. Up to this day i’m still being debited for a contract that I canceled. MTN is busy taking my money in this tough times that am going through. Am so unhappy with the service.

01 Jul 2020, 23:25I have one contract with you and two devices and when I called I told the lady Tiyane that I want to cancel my contract. She should have been more specific, how was I supposed to know that I have to cancel both lines. The contract came with two headsets. Am so done with MTN and i’ll continue to shame your name for running a business like MAFIA’S
