MTN ******** PRACTICES!

1: My MTN contract ended last month. Balance owing this month shows R0. 2: MTN debited my account even though R0 balance showing. 3: MTN tell me I have to phone in to cancel an account that has already ended! Why! 3: If an account has ended why should I have to tell you to cancel it? This is not done on home loans or vehicles. Who does MTN think it is? Are MTN above the law? This is something for the Ombudsman and my attorney need to deal with! 4: Who is in charge of customer care at MTN? Name and phone number. 6: What is the number to phone to cancel the contract? I will do this even though what MTN is doing by continuing an expired contract after sending out a statement showing R0 owing is *******. I am going to take this matter further!

Reviewer Update
Good Day Alice
I spoke to you on the phone on the 15th April. Today is the 18th April.
You said you would cancel my contract and migrate the number to prepaid.
This has still not been done.
You said you would send me an email confirming my account would not be debited again next month. I am waiting for the email.
How long do you think this will take?
