MTN Cresta stinking attitude staff

I brought a phone Nokia C1 , which I bought at MTN Cresta , after few months It stopped connecting to the internet , I took it since it was still under warranty , I was directed to Smilo , she had a stinking attitude , she gave me she’s doesn’t have time attitude, she checked the phone , she told me it will booked in , she said it will take 3 weeks , she asked for the box of the phone , earphones , charger I didn’t carry the charger , after her giving me that cold stinking attitude , I have been going to MTN to check , I’m told they will call me at the repairs , after close to 2 months with no communication I wrnt back to speak to Smilo again , the stinking attitude towards me as customer, when I ask her about the process , her tone of voice changes , she said she told me it’s 21 working days , if I haven’t received it she doesn’t know why , admin is coming tomorrow, which is lie , and she says the manager would know either , I asked her so it’s ok if I don’t receive my phone in 6 months , she says she’s doesn’t know. MTN manager please deal with your rude staff
