MTN cresta sim swap complaint

To whom it may concern I'm writing to you with a sore heart. Its been days trying to do a simple sim swap in cresta mall mtn to no avail. Just yesterday this service provider said its not in his job description to do a sim swap,hes just helping me, send info to the sim swap team, and I will have to wait 24hrs but nothing changed and when im calling 135 they are telling me no attempt of sim swap performed...All these past seven days im being fed different stories. Was even told was gonna be easier if i was on contract, meaning the contracts are more important for their services to b made easier.... The name badge for the service provider was even inside out for people not see his name.... Clearly MTN customers are not treated the same, there are important customers and not important customers... What kind of a service provider is that
