MTN Cresta Shopping Centre (Cosmonet) - Worst customer service ever

Because I am not getting the correct help from MTN Head Office Customer Service, I approached the Cresta branch and must say the useless customer service at this store was just as bad. A very snooty man named Nxolani (I think) had such an arrogant and unhelpful attitude. Tried to have him update the correct billing details which he did not do. He could not (and likely did not want to) answer any of my questions regarding the questions I had on products either.
