MTN CRESTA PETHETIC SERVICE

i have entered into a mobile contract with mtn during march 2018 it is now june i have not been billed a cent and i ve got an sms saying i owe money and my account is going to be suspended in 2 days .

a little background story; i entered the contract at the mtn cresta branch, the sales assistant that was helping me complete the contract was victorine ayaba everything seemed to be fine until the following month i ve noticed i have not been billed , also have noticed she has made several mistakes in the contract theses are 1) my bank branch number 2) my account type 3) my home address ,4) pages missing from contract ,and judging from the situation i believe that she also made a mistake when it comes to creating a debit order since i have not been billed since , now i have visited the cresta branch twice to fix the situation but both times she was not present and was told she was at training, i requested to see if there are any debit orders under my account and the date the debit order is suppose to go through but was told by the sales assistant that was not possible . HOW? you may ask i dont know.

fortunately the third time i went there one of the sales assistant was able to help me change the mistakes in the information the victorine has made , however the debit order issue is still not resolved and this morning i get a message my account will be suspended in 2 days.

MTN CRESTA I SINCERELY HOPE THAT YOU IMPROVE YOUR STAFF COMPETENCY AND DO NOT ALLOCATE UNDER QUALIFIED STAFF TO POSITIONS WHERE THERE ARE NOT ABLE TO PERFORM SIMPLE TASKS LIKE ENTERING THE CORRECT PERSONAL DETAILS AS WE HAVE SEEN WITH THE CASE OF VICTORINE AYABA HERE, GET A GRIP !!! SERIOUSLY!!!!

IN CONCLUSION MTN CRESTA 2 OF THE 3 STAFF MEMBERS I VE DEALT WITH ARE NOT QUALIFIED FOR THEIR JOB AS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTINGLY POOR AND I HOPE YOU FIX MY SITUATION ASAP
