Mtn cresta needs a serious trainning on customer service

Can someone assist me. I went to MTN store i and the consultant called the customer service to get my cancellation fee.i was told i need to pay 5930.32 which i paid in store ..today iam getting an sms stating that i will be billed this month.

I went to the store to enquire ...and the service was just not good ...no interest to assist me.iam told that i need ti pay another money .

Can i get assistant from the relevent proffesional people.

I was told to pay 5930.32 now iam told i owe again .wherelse i got the settlement amount from MTN direct .
