I went to do early upgrade and received terrible service, I took home a home wifi router that didn’t work when I got home I immediately returned it same day the guy wanted to force me to take it while it wasn’t working at home I gave it to him and told me that his manager would contact me to date i am not contacted and now i see they will be debiting my account charging me for the home wifi router that i took back to their store why must i pay for something that I have never used and their call centre are a nightmare this is totally ridiculous cant believe this day light **** invoice no BA***
