MTN Cresta Mall - Worst Service Ever - Ntabiseng & Sindi

the MTN store at Cresta has the worst service ever!!!! i app**** for a contract on Friday, while busy she said that the system switched off they have issues. she will do everything on saturday and call me back. saturday i hever receive any news, sunday i had to call them to find out whats going, they said it was being processed. Monday i still heard nothing from them. Today apparently they dont know what is going on, they need all the details again but apparently it was processed so why do they need the details again. i asked to speak to sale consultant dealing with it or management, everyone stepped out. this is really ridiculous!!!!!!!
