MTN Cresta Mall, ***********

MTN Cretsa Mall, the one by Woolworths, not happy at all , i was assisted by Daniel, im an existing long standing customer under business, went there Friday to get a new contact and sim swap, everything had been pre approved, signed documents and all to finalise my application but because the business desk had already closed early seeing its a Friday i couldn't leave with the phone and He promised to call met he next day to collect it

its Saturday I've called their office twice they've been saying his busy, he'll call me back .. he didn't even get back to me, very *********** and unprofessional.

il go to another branch to do my application where they value customers and own up.
