Mtn Cresta (Cresta shopping centre)

Worst place to buy a phone!!! I bought a Samsung A54 in August 2023, I noticed that something was wrong with the battery life, I gave it a month and the same thing continued happening, the battery got drained very fast, I took it back and they checked it (1 - 2 weeks process) they said "no fault, I should use it again and see if the same problem continues, otherwise I should come back for a warranty assessment. I went back for a warranty assessment (1 - 2 weeks process), phone came back and I was told that warranty was denied there are no faults. I am now stuck with a 3 year contract with a phone that does not work properly. To top it off the assistant manager told me that I was the only one with a battery problem since they sold an a54!!
