MTN Cresta Branch *********** Staff Member

I visited the MTN Cresta Branch for a sim swap since i had lost my phone on the 29th Oct 19. I was rudely assisted by a lady called Constance Phandelane in Cresta Mall. Firstly i waited for a long time before i was assisted. Then she came and asked me security question to which she told me that i failed one of the 5 questions she asked. She then requested that i go to the Police station for an affidavit and certified ID copy. Then she made me buy a new sim card to which she told me that we will use the same one i bought. I went back today for help again and i was assisted by Sbonelo which the system also delayed however he was a nice person. He gave me back my documents and a new sim card and not the one Constance said we will re-use. My question is why am i being made a stupid who needs to go back and forth to police station whereas they are not even going to take the documents.Sbonelo also asks me the same questions i was asked yesterday but i have the affidavit in my possession *Sigh* . Then he said the manager will override . I should check if the new sim will be working tomorrow .Constance gave me different and incorrect information and treated me like am a fool. I am really not happy with her work ethic and moral.
