Each day I regret upgrading from Cresta. There's a lady named Chingo. She's rude. She gives bad service. I had to do a change in ownership, she told me she started the process only to find that she ****. She made me buy a screen protector, only to find that this phone comes with a screen protector. Mind you, I did mention that my previous experience with Samsung is thay their phones have screen protectors. I know this from my last upgrade. Now she put a screen protector on top of a screen protector. O spent R400 for nothing
