MTN Cresta
I am having a problem exchanging my phone at MTN Cresta. I upgraded last week Saturday and the phone I took is really slow and do not want to take the same phone because it is really not working for me. I was told to call the centre in which I did and no one seems to know what to. Can someone please assist because I do not want to keep a phone that I will not be using let alone pay every month for a phone that I do not want.

Paul the consultant that was helping me was suppose to send through documents so that I can track it. I have not received an email from him or anyone from MTN. I haven't received any call from MTN. Can someone please assist. It's now Wednesday and I still don't have any proper feedback.
