I went to renew my mobile contract with MTN Cresta 2 weeks ago, I wanted an iPhone 7 jet black. There was no stock and the lady that helped me ordered for me and I was told it would take 2 to 3 days. I went back the following Friday and after waiting in a queue to supposedly collect my new phone was told that they didn't know if it had arrived - the safe wasn't open (this was the same story the week before, the safe hadn't opened yet to check stock. I waited for an hour for it to open) I left intending to come back and received a call saying the safe was now open and there was no stock. I was told that the Manager would be going to Northgate on Monday to collect my phone, needless to say this didn't happen and I have been phoning every day (the phone is either engaged or just rings) to find out what is happening.

My time has been wasted trying to get through on the telephone number and the total lack of customer satisfaction is very disturbing. My opinion is THEY JUST DO NOT CARE. This is evident in the way the store is run, staff arriving late all 3 times I have been there, Even MTN's response when I posted on Facebook - left me a message saying contact the branch - I have since sent 2 x inboxed message with no response.

I need this phone by Saturday as I have going overseas - this was told to the consultant upfront.

WHAT DO I DO
